Residents are responsible for securing their suites and ensuring unauthorized individuals do not enter the building.
Fire Safety

Notice Period
Residents must provide written notice of their intention to terminate their lease agreement. One month's notice must be given; failure to do so will result in Signature Suites retaining the rent deposit in lieu.
Move-Out Procedures
Residents must comply with move-out procedures, including cleaning and inspecting their suite.
